Richard Larson Sr. Obituary

Richard A. Larson Sr. was born on January 20, 1958, and passed away April 17, 2024, at his home in Trego.

Richard went to Spooner Schools and proudly served in the Army. Richard had many different trades in life, loved working in his garage and tinkering around with all of his odds and ends. He always worked hard and preferred to be a homebody. He loved his antique vehicles and was very proud of his Ford Model A. After moving back from Plano, TX, Richard retired from Scott Township, where he was very proud of maintaining the roads.

Richard is survived by his mother, Helen Taylor; special friend, Kay Hills; two daughters, Sherri (Jennifer) Blissett, and Amy Larson; son, Richard (Jessica) Larson Jr.; eleven grandchildren, Taylor, Preston, Kelvin, Hannah, Dyllan, Nevaeh, Emmah, Aubreey, Brantley, Finnegan, Blakelee; siblings, Donald (Karie) Taylor, Frank (Linda) Taylor, Brenda (Dave) Diamond, Barbara Daehne, Alice (Austin) Denotter; sister-in-law, Carol Larson; and aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Richard is preceded in death by his grandmother, Mabel; aunt, Ethel; and brother, Roger Larson.

A private family service will be held prior to the cremation. A celebration of life will be held at the Shell Lake Community Center on April 27, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
